New Aquatics Programs
The Y’s new Olympic-size pool brings a wealth of new programs and
activities. New competitive programs include Water
Polo and Marlins Diving Club, along with an
expanded Marlins Swim Team.
Adults will
love our new Masters Swimming, Marlins
Masters Diving Club
and Masters Water Polo programs.
New Youth Programs
There are so many new classes this winter including tennis,
children’s boxing and wrestling as well as
old favorites like Saturday Basketball
League and Tae Kwon Do. Children will love
new computer and technology including Clay
Animation and Elementary Engineering.

If your child is a member, you can register him or her for the Y's quality youth
programs on our website. It’s easy- just click
here, follow the directions to create a
username and password, select the program, then click sign me up! Please keep a
record of your username and password, as you will be asked to provide it each

Hundreds of Greenwich Residents Celebrate YMCA Olympic-size
Pool at Big Splash Events
A crowd of hundreds of Greenwich residents, YMCA members and donors cheered at
the Greenwich Family YMCA’s Big Splash events to celebrate the new
Olympic-size pool. Bernard Mucci, YMCA President and CEO, welcomed guests to a
poolside cocktail party on Friday, November 2 and discussed what the expanded
YMCA will mean to the Greenwich community. “Today’s event has been 10 years
in the making. This pool was built to fill a need- Greenwich needed space for
both competitive and recreational swimming programs. So with a lot of work and a
lot of help from so many of you here, we stand in this beautiful facility today,”
