Parent/Child (6 months - 5 year olds)

A special time for parents and children to interact. Includes water adjustment, breath control, balance, locomotion, and water fun. Children should wear swim diapers and swim suit. No disposable diapers please.

Early Stages (3 - 5 year olds)

These classes are for 3-5 year olds who are ready to learn to swim without parents in the water. With the aid of a backfloat and the encouragement of the in-water instructor, the beginnings of the front and back crawl are perfected. Children must be comfortable in the water without a parent present. Each class builds upon the skills taught in the previous level. In-water evaluation required for placement in swim program. Evaluations will be held two weeks prior to registration. Please call Bob Meadows to schedule an appointment. No evaluation needed for Pike.

  • Pike (Beginner)
  • Eel (Advanced Beginner)
  • Ray (Intermediate)

Youth Swim Lessons (6 - 12 Years)

Each level is divided into five components: personal safety, stroke development, water sports and games, personal growth, and rescue. In-water evaluation required for placement in swim program. Evaluations will be held two weeks prior to open registration.  Please call Bob Meadows to schedule an evaluation.
