Improve your overall fitness with a boot camp twist.
This club is for anyone serious about fitness whether you’re a beginner
triathlete or a weathered ironman. Choose your own intensity level with an
experienced triathlete trainer. Bill Curcio is a NASM trainer, ironman finisher
and age group qualifier. Each session will include work using equipment such as
spin bikes, treadmills, track, training rides and the Y’s new 50-meter by
25-yard Olympic-size pool. Upper and lower body work is also included. A
physical is required for each participant. Group is limited to eight
participants so register early to ensure your space.
