What:

Mats are provided.  It is best to practice yoga on a slightly empty stomach while wearing loose clothing and no shoes.

Hatha Yoga

Exercise your body through a flowing series of postures that promote physical and emotional health. Train at your own pace to coordinate proper breathing techniques while perfecting asanas (poses). It is best to practice yoga on a slightly empty stomach wearing loose clothing and no shoes. All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Poses flow into one another to create a cardio effect. Experience a class that will energize, awaken, strengthen, stretch and connect the mind and body. All levels are welcome.   

Power Yoga

This invigorating class helps strengthen your core through the active practice of a series of poses. Intermediate level.

Sunrise Yoga 

Introduce your body to the wonderful benefits of yoga. Our morning Hatha yoga class coordinates breathing with sun salutation postures to develop strength, flexibility and endurance. Go at your own pace and feel energized as you begin your day.
